Design and 3D Drawing

You can receive engineering drawings within one week, and even 3D prototype samples, which will help you have a very clear understanding of the final product's appearance.
Mold development
After you confirm the characteristics of all the bottles and labels, we will start to make the molds to prepare for mass production. The choice of blow molding molds or injection molding molds depends on the type of plastic bottles you need. We provide high-end options including silk-screen printing, hot stamping, frosting, and spray painting. We have over 15 years of experience in custom mold manufacturing and can produce the most precise molds to ensure the accuracy of the final products.
Samples awaiting approval
After the mold production is completed, we will provide several samples. You will see your ideas gradually come to life. You can test the samples or offer your suggestions. We can modify the details of the mold until you obtain a custom product that fully meets your requirements.
